Booking & Cancellation Policy for October Pop-Up Dinner Series

Chef Matt Meyer’s exclusive dry-aged tasting menu returns for two nights only: October 3rd and October 4th, with two intimate seatings per evening. Each experience is limited to 12 guests, providing a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.

Booking Details
• Dates: Thursday, October 3rd & Friday, October 4th
• Seatings: 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM each night
• Guests per seating: 12
• Location: Private Sky Tower Dining Room, Las Vegas

Pricing
• $360 per person – Includes a multi-course tasting menu, tax, and gratuity.
• Optional wine pairing: Add-on for $30 per person.

Note: The base price of $360 reflects the full cost of the experience. Guests who opt out of wine service will not

receive a discount.

Cancellation Policy
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• No refunds will be issued unless your reserved spot can be filled by another guest from the waitlist.
• If you’re unable to attend, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to rebook your seat.
